Also some piece of garbage of a human being upstairs keeps signing for my packages from fedex. (When the suite or business doesn’t get printed)

Today I found one of my packages with bushings in it opened and retaped outside their door. Brilliant. Can’t figure out what’s in MY box with MY name on it? Retape it and throw it back outside.

Pennzoil ultra platinum. It was retaining better viscosity numbers than M1 at the end of OICs based on Blackstone analyses. Cheapest deal is Walmart 5q jugs. OEM filters.

Thanks to everyone that gave input about my tires rubbing.

I'm just going to beat the pinch weld flat to gain more clearance. Thanks to @LTDSC for giving me the lead on which seam sealer to use and how to use it.

Last question for those of you thay did this.....did u fold pinch weld in towards the engine or out towards the fender? Does it make a difference?

Will I be able to get the stock plastic liner back in at all?

Redline and oem filters. Oil is expensive at about $12/quart. I only change my oil every 6k to 7k miles, or once every 7 to 8 months though.

At least that’s what I’ve done for the 6 years I’ve owned this truck. But I actually took it to shops for the last 2 oil changes. Never again. I gave each shop the filter and gasket, and had them use their synthetic oil. While changing the oil 2 weeks ago, this is what I found.

    2691A1EE-9A1D-424E-A99E-9DB763768E88.jpg

    3 stacked drain plug gaskets.

Can’t trust anyone... and I need to get a Fumoto valve.

IIRC, the liner has a molded rib that fits around the pinch weld. So you’ll rub that plastic rib if you reinstall the liner. @Iggy hammered his outward so he could attach rivnuts into it for a custom liner. Most people hammer them inward. That’s what I did.
If you don’t have fender liners, then your intake will be exposed. So you’ll need a snorkel... and on and on. ;)

I made Toyota throw in the extended (90k mile) service plan when I bought my truck. Told them it was gonna be the deal breaker if they didn’t. It costs me $5 to Uber to the dealer :anonymous:

Rebuilt kits are something $30 per shock and shock oil is $50. Add in a couple hours of your own time.

I hate when you come home and take a dump and everything is going great, then you flush and all the turds fight for the hole shot and traffic jam the suckhole so bad you need a chisel to clear the toilet.

Someone pass me my lucky screwdriver! Some shit is about to go down.. :spy:
