    NFab Podium in textured black.
    Yes I like them. Yes I use them. I don’t need to use them but it does ease entry a bit. The wife definitely needs them as do some other passengers. For the cost they are hard to beat.

    Exactly my reasoning for getting them. Step/pad area is larger. Drop is about 8" from the top of the door sill.
    I had the NFab three step wheel to wheel on my first F150 and while they were nice, the Podiums are much nicer. If money were no concern, then this truck would have a set of Amps, but at $1800 installed there was no way.

    There’s actually another on the roof on the other side you can’t see. I have it setup so I can easily carry 3-4 whitewater kayaks up top and another two on my racks on my Truck Covers USA tonneau with Yakima racks and Thule kayak holders as well as my paddle holders over the bed. Frequently carry 3-6 boats with this setup while leaving the bed completely free for stinky gear

    Basically when I head to the river I keep my boat over the bed - easy access, then anyone else who rides with or shuttles puts their boats up top
