    So, I'm thinking about some Cooper STT pros.
    I'm running 285/75/16's. I would like to keep the same height but would like to go skinnier.
    Would that be a 255/75 or a 255/85?

    My other concern is snow. This time of the year I usually travel to indiana for the holidays and although a bit white knuckle sometimes with my full time locker, I've never had and trouble with the 285 bfg at/ta. When dropped to 20 psi, the side lugs push out nicely.

    I'm afraid if I go with a skinnier tire that that won't be the case. I understand being skinny gets you deeper in the snow and that's great for a 4x4. But I'm not sure it would be a good thing for a locked pre runner. Are the STT pro's even any good in snow?
