I was only doing about 25 mph or so. ;) As I recall, I had a busted rear shock on that trip and the rearend was a little squirrelly much over that. I'm definitely not as insane as some of us though. I've heard about certain individuals I won't name bombing down the trails at ~60 mph in the past. :der: I at least try to keep it around the published speed limit (30 mph).

Still, I could see how a 5 lugger with pretty much a street suspension and tars with an inexperienced driver might get into a little trouble trying to keep up with trucks with much better suspensions, tires, and more experienced drivers. I'm not bagging on ya, BTW, just making an objective observation. If anything, as the trail guide, I might bear some of the responsibility for what happened for not taking into account not everyone might be comfortable with the pace I was setting, even though I felt like I was moderating the pace due to my own mechanical limitations.

It was all a learning experience and your pace was fine. I realized the last time I was out there that the tires are a big limitation. Like for instance my rear tires would lift off the ground every once in a while because my diff would rub on the middle rut. Guess 29's wont do it for me anymore

The first page of the thread does show who's sharing and not. From what I see, @5 Lug Fury, @JaxJim, @TacoHell, @Blackout Z7 and @94egsr have sites and aren't sharing yet.

Also, @taco8603 have you reserved a site yet? Not sure if I missed it or if you just haven't grabbed a site

Hey, all. Colson ( @TacoHell ) asked me to pass this on. He's got a set of worn out stock '98 leafs he's looking to give away (free). If anyone wants them for whatever reason, he said he'd bring them to the meet.
