Would it make you feel better if we talk about adjustable weight benches?

If so let me get started. I recetly sold my baby/started weight set on CL. I purchased 1/2 a cage to have the capabilities of squats at home. I was on the market for a good solid bench. The majority of the cheap benches, around $100, have a weight capacity of 200-300lbs including the user. Im a big boy 6’0 240lb. Even by me getting the 300lb capacity bench all I could “safely” bench would be 60lbs before reaching capacity. So my jorney continued. I found a 12 position bench by Fitness Reality that had a weight capacity of 800lbs. I thought for sure that would be the one being the price was right around $100. The reviews were great and I was ready to purchase until I got some valuable insight from a friend who happens to be a personal trainer. He suggested Rep Fitness who just happened to have their 1000lb capacity bench for $139 on sale. The reviews we excellent and the construction seemed unparalleled by anything remotely close to that price range. So here we are now. We are talking about weight benches and not burritos. Now with the increase in weight capacity I have been gifted increased safety and the ability to either increase in weight on my bench press or go on an all out burrito frenzy diet without the fear of breaking my weight bench.
