Monstaline is roll or spray on. I kinda made a halfedass write up on it.

It really is nervracking, I’m gonna put myself through it again this summer...

You’re gonna be told upgrades don’t really mean anything to the average buyer. Might be better to take it back to stock if you really want to get a price that you feel is fair for both you and the buyer.

I’m sure you’re right but I’m hoping I don’t get the average buyer lol this is a really great truck and I’ve been really good to it, especially since it’s my daily driver. A few more things left to upgrade and it will be perfect! I just need something with a little more space, otherwise I would keep it forever!

I wish, I could buy it. I want a new truck for some reason. I feel like if you’re on the West Coast you’ll have better luck, but maybe not.

I’d put it on local Facebook sites, you might find a highschool kid with a rich Dad.

Gotchya - if I hadn't painted before I went back to school I'd probably stick with a roll on application like monstaliner.

I think it’s a pretty good product, knowing what you want to paint (I had to do a bunch of last minute stuff), prep work and extra rollers will make it better, hopefully.

The problem is mods attract the wrong buyers. It's been my experience from BMW, VW, MINI, Honda and Toyota that extreme mods sometimes bring out broke people trying to save a dollar to get what they want or can't build.

This. Unless of course you're looking for a couple of paintball guns and an Xbox one w/ five games and three controllers :spy:

I mod vehicles for fun but I am super wary of buying anything modded because you never know how well anything was done. Specially with Japanese and European kid cars like E36s and 240SX, so many fires waiting to happen, so many bolts either fallout out or ready to. I'll lowball modded vehicles all day because I know in the end they aren't saving me any time or money.

I remember your first post about a radiator replacement, then you went full junkyard wrecker and tore everything around the rad out...

And yes, that is a Honda Fit behind me in the first picture. Made it up some pretty rough trails haha.

Also ordered new front suspension from Wheelers Off Road, Bilstein 5100 with OME 880's.

Did it go something like this?

"I can pay you today if you'll take $1000 and a qp."

I had a Jetta that was mostly stock the easiest car I've ever sold. It had a set of H&R OE style springs, Techtonics exhaust (not loud) Koni shocks and a short shifter and a set of simple looking plus two aftermarket wheels. The first person that showed up bought it, no haggling no bullshit no excuses. She did have Ugg boots, leggings and was going away to college go figure.

Finally got the truck back on the ground after a laborious front end rebuild. No leaks! Shocks feel much better! It's like landing on a river tube. Needs real bump stops or secondary. Either way Im glad to be back in the cab!
