    No. No one recorded it. One of the guys started to record 455...but it wasn’t even close. 435 moved quick. We all really thought I was gonna hit 450. Oh well...another few weeks and I’ll be there

    Well, as of last Wednesday, I'm officially a dad of twins. Sleep-wise, the first few days sucked, but I'm getting used to it and I haven't missed a single scheduled gym day yet, so that's good. My diet during our 4 day hospital stay consisted of shitty hospital food and Chick Fil A, but as soon as we got discharged, I got back on the prepped meals. Eating like shit is fun every now and then, but it's crazy how terrible it makes you feel when that's all you do. I don't see how folks do it.

    Good lort. My wife did a half last year and I was tired just watching her. I stood at the finish line and drank beer the whole time. She wants to do a full now. Ya'll cray.

    Btw, I love your Facebook posts. They hilarious.

    This guy gets it.

    Hey everyone, pretty new to TW and like this thread. I’ve been bike commuting for over four years, 10-12 miles each way. Problem is I’m sort of stagnant as far as weight and cardio goes. I’m not big or anything, my BMI is in the middle of normal etc. Enter masters swim lessons! I just got home from my sixth lesson and let me tell you that swimming at 05:30 for an hour is no joke. My cardio is improving and I can now do 25 meters in 19 strokes. My coach is impressed with how quickly I’m improving. Either way, I’m kicking my butt and loving it, maybe a masters swim meet is in my future!
