I have some wheels but they are all in the system separately. I'll talk to my boss tomorrow and see if we can change that and get you a price.

 

No worries, i’m not in a rush. I just started looking at prices and wondering what this whole adventure could end up costing me.

 

A little while ago, I swapped the belts and pulleys on the Ferd and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room between the front of the engine and the radiator. Well, today I swapped the plugs and very quickly realized that while I had plenty of room in front of the engine, the last plug in either bank was tucked pretty far under the cowl and fairly difficult to remove. Fortunely, I did this at my parent’s house so I had all of my dad’s tools at my disposal. I had to get fairly creative with stacking extensions and using those wobble extensions to get the last ones out. Most of the ones that came out were surprisingly still in spec and actually looked pretty good.

 

I need to do the plugs on the wife's t4r soon. She's about 5k from 100k already
Fortunately there's a ton of room on the 1grfe engine/ engine bay. Unfortunately it's fucking cold as balls out so it's gonna have to wait.

I also need to change them on the FJ as those are a 30k interval and it's past due. Again it's fucking cold out and running fine so it can wait

 

Supposed to have tomorrow off but I've got to go in. So lame. Taking Friday off no matter what.

 

No light on the dash but got a code P0111 on my ultra gauge

 

Could just be that it's cold as balls outside, could alao be that you need to clean your mass flow sensor (more likely)

 

Yup, I'll look at it when it's like 40℉ instead of 14 lol

 

I also need to start shopping around for front brake parts as the odds are wearing down probably by the next oil change. Hoping to upgrade them. Anybody here upgrade their brakes? If I'm not mistaken @Bruce988jl did.

 

You looking at actually fitting bigger brakes via TRD kit/ wilwood etc? Or just better pads/ rotors?

I’d spend the money on drilled and slotted brembo rotors with oempads

 

I bought Akebono brake pads, and Centric painted rotors off of RockAuto, and I have been very happy with them! (I can let you know which pads and rotors I got off of RockAuto, if you want)
