    I bought the truck in 1999. Previous owner owned it for like 9 months prior. I don't know if it had the sealer wax treatment.

    I'll probably vinyl wrap the roof sooner than later. But the hood is fading pretty bad too. Can't imagine shelling out $3000 for a paint job.

    The cement color is almost there for me. You could always do a matte gray, like battleship gray. That'd look cool.

    Or go darker and go with the 2nd gen Magnetic Gray Metallic. There's a 1st gen on here with the paint job and it looks badass.

    I’d love to repaint my tan/gold since it’s fading and just shows a lot of wear. Heck maybe I’ll just buy a different truck. I want a V6 and locker anyway... this is a sick addiction

    Any tips for protecting it? My cruiser was repainted with factory paint a month before I got it and I want to keep it from fading like I see so many do.

    I cheated and let the tranny jack down about 2 in to make room to use straight extensions all the way to the bolt, way easier.
