Gotchu. All the kits are in my truck already. Impact needs to be moved from apt to house still. I won't forget them. Also I have a bed mat for @fatfurious2

Probably not. Busier than a whore with 2 beds at work right now. I love a good cheese steak.

I am on installs only. We are just busy. People been waiting for me and every time I get done one job we get three more! Plus I've been wheelin' alot lately when I should of been working. But all work and no play makes Greg a dull boy!

I can't believe people sometimes. A developer in Philly told me the same exact story about one of his rentals, but with the window in the front door. He said I wish you would have broken the window that was right next to it instead.

You do installs in Philly? I need a good HVAC guy for the flips. I've used 2 now on 2 different new installs and they both sucked.

Nope! I'll be living in the construction and dust. I'm doing a lot more than I had originally though, which is usually the case. Basically a whole rewire, new subfloor, moved a wall. All new bathroom and kitchen. Adding laundry hookups.

It sucks, but this house will make me lots of money as a rental when I move out in a year or so. Living in construction blows. Dust gets everywhere. I'll have to cordon off the part I'm working on from the part I'm living in. Even still it'll get everywhere.

you can't get away from it. I was working on my in-laws house a couple years ago I remember them yelling at my about the drywall dust going every where.

I told them it was going to do that when they didnt want me to put plastic up.

Nope. Can't stand working in Philly. When we started out we would but I worked my way out of there. Thank God! Plus it's a little far. I got too much work right around me now.
