    When I was fresh outa high school n taking night school at ACC, I worked at NTW in Cedar Park. Guy was inflating a tire on the machine and that mother fucker blew and hit the ceiling. Luckily the guy was standing back from it and only got a little hurt. Seating the bead is sketchy always, but it comes down to user error alot of times too. I hated seating low pro tires, you'd have to hit em with a mallet to get the bead to seat.
