Last picture, just behind the bumper, is that a cross bike? I see disc brakes and what appears to be a cross tire.

 

These guys know your setup better and can offer better advice i’m sure, but since you said you have stock springs I wonder if you could just pickup some 3rd gen TRDOR takeoffs? You’ll get about 1” up front and the coils can handle a bumper. I’ve also heard the rear shocks have a little more travel than 2nd gen, not sure if that would be enough.

Hey, a quick flick, as is commonly done with front lights, is fair game, IMO. But, I understand your concern.

 

I get it. I want to put a strobe on the front to blind the fuck tards on bikes that have there strobe on blinding drivers. Put a strobe relay on a light bar and boom! pay back.
But the good angel on the left says no, let it go. So i stick with the quick flip of the head lights and middle finger. Lol
