There are a few on there that humans are just naturally born with and others like my self still fight for. Like "often learns before mistakes" I am not sure how I would evaluate that one personally. Maybe its being astute to others around you and learning from things that did not work out in their favor?

I personally like the “relies on Talent vs Relies on Character” . I think the first eventually fades while the other continues to flourish no matter the age. I found that not everything applies and I may be more advanced that the average reader, given the profession, but it is still a good read.

On a different note. My new bench shows up on Tuesday the 2nd. Looking forward to taking it for a test ride. :benchpress:

I increased my squat weight this AM to 275 x 2 reps. Slowly working my way up to 315lbs were I was during my young buck days.

A Weak 185lb at the moment. Hurt my left shoulder a couple of years back and that led to just stopping. I was at 265lb before so I am slowly working my way up using better form and taking care of the shoulder. Im amateur at best but it keeps me busy and helps control stress.

Squats and DL are coming along nicely.

I'm starting on mid shift again starting tonight, so will continue with my 2am workouts to stay awake. That's really the only time I lift.
