Consists of whatever I'm feeling! I know I'm not going to gain anything out of it except to wake me up and kill 1.5 hours, but it still feels good. I'll usually bike for a bit, then just pick a couple partnering muscle groups and do some exercises to work those.

Your a freelance exerciser! I like it. I need structure in my workouts or I just fall back to bench, curls and abs. I am trying to workout the husky part of me and become a lean machine like you

I dont know what part of your back hurts buddy but I had a mid back injury from back in my paramedic days. It began to hurt on a daily basis and as the belly grew so did the pain. A friend of mine who is a physical therapist told me it was misalignment in the back from the shoulders pushing back to compensate for the added weight. Started working out again, lost weight, strengthened my back and core. Pain is completely gone. Your on to something with your theory of increased squishiness leading to increased back pain.

I thought i had this same thing! Paid for physical therapy, and they helped me strengthen my core. Was supposed to continue the stretching but didnt. Over time it got better. Now no pain. Not sure if I lost weight though.

I was planning on going to the free gym at work, but when i am off work, I just want to leave will start again when its a little warmer

The key here is the stregnthening of the core part. When you stregnthen the muscles around the bones you rely less on the skeletal system for movement and more on the muscular system.

RA attacks bone joints and not muscles so we should be able to help out with the pain.

@Blackout14 I still think your a mad man for 5+ hour ink sessions.

I did 4 6 hour sessions for my half sleeve. It was brutal and will really test your fortitude

I doubt it! It will definitely make it harder for traction since everything will be cold and icy, and the tires will be colder (less grippy).

you could just open the tailgate and shake it to see if you can hear anything rattling inside. Then you would at least know if you need to continue your quest to find a new one.
