Yeah I got a design that I really like and it's fairly simple and clean.

 

I’ll be out of state until after the 1st, so I won’t be able to show up in person but feel free to share what you have in mind

 

PM me your phone number and ill text you over some pics and ideas. My biggest hurdle is time really. I chose an idea based off of looks, clean lines, functionality etc. but I will also need to have this thing built in stages because it is still my daily driver.

 

Would any of you gentlemen be interested in buying a tan softopper for a 6ft bed? I suppose I’ve had it about 6 months, bought it from @markm0311 brand new. I’d like to get around $400 for it shoot me a pm if you’re interested.

I’m going to go the fiberglass route I think.

There seems to be a lot of members in the St Louis area ready to help -- I an 125 mi. away --so that is a stretch. You may put this request in the general forums as you may get a helper there as well.
BTW the truck looks nice if it is that 15 they have -- I checked it out on-line. Hope you get a good deal on it --is that near book? wow these things hold their value!

 

That's the one. Looking to trade in my 09 DCSB for it to gain more bed space. It looks great but photos can be misleading at times.

Right, so now that you’ve gifted upgrades to to yourselves I reckon it’s time to figure out the January 2018 mod day. I’m thinking the 20th because I know that a few in our group are traveling the first two weeks of the month.

I know there will be a solid spacer install for a friend with a 4Runner. Anything else?

 

I'll be gone Jan 13 - 19th so the 20th works for me!

 

I got nothing really but you know me, I’m down to come hang out and help out.

 

So, living room floor has been torn up as they didn’t deal with a dip before laying it down. Losing my mind as seats in dialysis clinics don’t last long and I’ve had to let two go by already. Looks like a 45 minute - each way - commute for treatments is coming up soon.

 

Add a plug in stereo install for the 4Runner that finally showed up. Everything except the door speakers.

 

Is this the system you guys won in that giveaway?

 

Yeah, I was bummed to see that the upgraded door speakers weren’t included but I did recall that the prize was valued at $1,299 so no worries. I can always add upgraded speakers later. Here is the install video that details the whole kit with door speakers but looking at the included parts everything is the same up to the tweeter install.
