OK I will attach pix at end. You simply remove the painted cap by standing on the forward side of mirror assembly, place 3 or 4 fingers at the top outer edge corner, then pull hard. The 1st clip releases. Then work inward towards door glass and apply same pressure. The cap is strong plastic and nobody has broken one doing this (yet). It is easier if you have someone stand on the glass side of mirror and hold mirror assembly from rotating. Once the cap is off you will see the 2 heater wires on the door glass end of the inside of the mirror. Carefully pull the 2 wires off the connection. Now stand on the glass side of mirror. Try to grab it close to the middle and pull hard. There are 4 plastic clip points in the center of mirror. After the clips release there are 2 metal springlike clips that are towards the outside of mirror. No real pressure on them. The new mirror simply snaps into the 4 points. Then connect heater wires and install the cap. Note last pic is not mine. Must have BSM because mine did not have as many wires.

With shipping was $55. My local dealer wanted $81 plus tax. After driving in some heavy traffic today I def plan on doing the passenger side next.

After some near misses in heavy traffic today I will absolutely do the passenger side. It gives you at least another full lane side view of traffic. The stock passenger convex mirror really does not cover the blind spot. Did not realize how much I needed them until I used the driver side for a day.

So drivers and passengers are available? It's for a Rav 4? I personally like the little mirrors for backing into spots. Helps you see the line so you're centered and square.

I bought from midatlantictoyotaparts.com but you should get a similar deal on that side of the country. Start on Amazon and ebay. Or type in part number and google shop. Thats what I did. Google. Camelback has it for $50. See how much to ship it. Well thats only 10 miles for you. Forget shipping it. Sky Harbor Blvd.

Yeah camelback isn't too far from work, thank you so much. Is the part number listed earlier in the thread?
