There's a petition to return car/truck licenses to $30 as the voters passed in 2002 and the legislature overturned. I have one but it's getting close to the deadline which is the 31st. I could bring it somewhere if enough people want to sign it.

This is still a partly free state, we can travel armed. Usually there are small high crime areas, and a lot of Tacoma.

 

I'd sign that shit so fast I got paper burn.

 

Well you're a long ways from me. I'd meet somewhere like the Bellevue Library this afternoon and bring it if I bunch of people want to come. It should be mailed tomorrow.
I can't wait to leave washington, it's fast becoming another PRK.

Everyone has their complaints about this state but we obviously all like it enough to live here (some unwillingly aka in some branch of the armed forces) so don’t let that give you a bad impression @bski22

 

Or some are trapped here as the state circles the drain faster and faster.

 

I didnt realize Vermont was that high. Although to be fair a lot of that tax burden lists use the top tier. Vermont is like 9% income tax for the top bracket which is >400k a year. 6-7% is more common apparently.

Or were born here. Or just cant give up jobs to move.

My dad (born here) wants to move. Just doesnt know where since my brother still lives here and so do i. Even my mom is getting more and more aboard moving.

Looked at Wyoming and Idaho too but kind of have to follow my line of business

 

I was born here and most of my family is around here. And there the job/money issue.

I’m looking to move either to Idaho or Montana. It’s not that this isn’t a great place to live, it’s just going in a direction i do not like. I’m by no means a conservative or a liberal, i value personal freedom above all.

Seattle has gotten out of control with its PC/liberal mindset and unfortunately it is the deciding factor on how the majority of laws are structured and passed. I realize that Idaho or Montana is by no means the perfect solution but it aligns more closely with what i like.

Plus better hunting and fishing...and less people...and less traffic....and less people
