    In Human years, that means they are about 50 years old if not refrigerated, otherwise about 30 years old.

    Like most things the origin could probably be argued for ever. The key point now is that breweries are on the hunt to maxize the cloudy look. 2 majors have come out claiming to use green apple pectin and flour to amp it up. Lactose is another one some use too

    As much as I immdiately reacted with disgust to that concept. I can see the need. Haziness in some NEIPAs will fade noticeably after a month or 2. I had it happen to some I entered in a contest. The same beer 4 months later is now clear.

    I'm about to brew my first NEIPA but my haze will be late hopping and not adjuncts. Most hopsive used in a beer. $$$ 13oz!!!!

    I'll take a look tonight. Pretty sure mine doesn't have a bittering charge - all late or post boil hops. Would tech be described as a DDHNEIPA! Double dry hop new england IPA - Americans like the initials!

    Did you really pay $3 for that dog tag?

    What was the abv? Mild oxidation works in some beers but from your post I'd bet the notebook might taste better:rolleyes:

    My cousin who now lives in the UK is here visiting for the holidays. We had her, her husband and two kids over for a kids play date, and pizza.
