Replaced my busted headlight with smoked OEMs. Next paycheck I’ll grab the harness and bulbs for the “ultimate upgrade”. Feels like a new truck haha.

I ordered it from the same dealer I bought the truck from. Cost $272. Probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere. They wanted 2 hours labor at $110/hour for a total of $220 to install it, so for $22 I had them ship it down here and installed it myself. Dealer is 80 miles north.

Had my font Differential replaced today. Shifting in & out of 4WD (4 HI) is smooth as silk. Didn't have the need to try 4 LO. The tech allowed me into the shop area and raised my truck and showed me what he did. Nice to see the undercarriage from that perspective. Its quite clean for nearly 7 years in Maine and for not having used any kind of undercarriage treatment. Very little rust on frame. New actuator was included as well. He also put on new/better & longer vacuum lines/hoses (I know nothing about this stuff). I bought new gear oil for the front Diff & Transfer Case (even though I had just changed them 5000 miles ago) since my front drive shaft was locked up. Transfer Case checked out fine. He also changed the rear Diff fluid so they'd all be on the same schedule again. Axles we're inspected and all checked out fine. He pointed out my needle bearings were perfect.

Fantastic service experience from my dealership.

Did the 120K mile spark plug change. This is my 4th time but I didn't use anti-seize this go around. As you can see the threads are burnt, black, tar-like goo. They weren't stuck super tight but it took effort to spin them out all the way to the end. The business end looks just fine though.

I'm planning on doing an LED projector retrofit but I want to buy a set of headlights and gradually work on them without having my truck out of order so what would be a good headlight to buy, any recommendations. Should I just buy OEM or is there an aftermarket OEM style headlight you'd recommend, what would you guys suggest?

The ladder mounts were both tweaked, and there were no holes drilled to mount them... Install took longer than it should have because I had to use my BFH and drill.
