That pic was at like 6am, but the high that day was like 9 haha. It’s been pretty cold around here this week. Today felt warm and it was like 14-20.

I tend to do isolations but I'm thinking of moving into core workouts instead. Generally it's chest and tri's, bi's, core, and legs. Complete rather than isolated I do every two weeks.

I hear it’s a different kind of cold out that way though. That 30 in other places feels like 0 in PA. I’ve never traveled anywhere warm in the dead of winter so I don’t know.

Supposed to be mid 20s for the high here early next week. It’s been chilly lately. Lows in the teens and 20s but been warming up into the 40s

Yeah, we have crazy microclimates in my county. Usually 15-20 warmer at my house than work which is only 18 miles away.

The gym I have been going to for a long time is very simple with no shower. Because of time restraint I joined a 2nd one by work to hit it at lunch...I forgot how scary some of these old boys are with the shower/locker room! Nakedness with an attitude is the norm with them. These are grumpy 75-80 old men who don't believe in a towel to cover up..
I know this would be paradise for @TXTaco13 but anybody else have to go through a creepy nude gauntlet just to change clothes?

I think it’s supposed to warm back up here to teens and 20s soon too.

It’s the worst. And they try to have a conversation with you as you’re trying to divert your eyes to anything else. And not to mention it’s like the last item of clothing they put on is their underwear. No shame.

For the most part I haven’t had to deal with that. There are occational older guys that will walk around naked as long as fucking possible but I ignore them. They need to learn this isn’t their personal bathroom, it’s a public space.

Most of the guys are modest and use towels.

Although when I worked there we did have to kick a guy out of the sauna for jerking off in it...

Apparently some people just do that in the sauna... even with other people in it...

I sent our maintenance guy in to kick him out. I figured it would be better to have a big ass black dude tell him to stop rather than me LOL

Jackson has a lot of old timers/rich old retired folks...so my gym is also full of old people. Ergo the locker room is full of naked old people. I dont dare use the sauna...not going to risk that one. I feel like they get naked on purpose...any chance they can it happens so damn much.

its going to drop to 6 tomorrow. I ride the bus to work, to the gym and home. I often get on after they gym in shorts cuz i can't be bothered to change. So many smart ass comments. Mine are going to just keep getting more smart ass back

    Question, buff as shit TWer's.

Lost 80-100 pounds 5/6 years ago at this point. Left me with some loose skin in the gut area. Fat dude all my life, lost the damn weight and still....grrrr....Have 4 visible abs. Then blah where 5/6 should be.

Suggestions on how to minimize/tighten/make look better would be appreciated.....yeah...

Need something, quick, doesn't take a lot of time. Work a physical job, never know when I get off, hard to have a "schedule", family. Do, do some at home stuff, very light, no schedule. Leg lifts, suck at push ups but keep doing em.
