Shoot, what the heck. Heard flu shots haven't been helpful much this year. Did he get a shot?

We’ve never done the shots. I’ve been running a super low grade fever, everyone I know is sick right now, the end is near. :)

My wife won’t give him that, the doctor backed her up. Apparently I have no say. :-/
    • Tamiflu may rarely cause serious mental/mood changes. This may be more likely in children. Tell your doctor of any signs of unusual behavior, including confusion, agitation, or self-injury.

I've had the whole family on it more than once. Zero issues...other than shortening the flu by 3-4 days

Do you have "Cold FX"? That works for over the counter stuff. I double up on Vit. C cuz of other Meds.

She’s giving him echinacea, elderberry, and lots of vitamin C. He seems fine as long as he has Tylenol in him, no vomiting.

I would definitely alternate between Tylenol and Motrin. Don't want too much acetaminophen in his system

Certainly no easy fix but some "natural" stuff works like honey for a cough & good 'ol chicken soup. Then there's the silver bullet, Garlic.

    NEVER, mix Tylenol with ASA.

Pretty common practice in kids to alternate the 2. But Motrin is a NSAID....not an ASA.
