Just an update (more for Uncharted). I got both front bumpers in today, should be getting the rest (minus light bar hoops and e-locker guards) tommorow...

Hopefully I'll get the install done on both trucks after work Saturday.... (hurrah for missing the AZ mod day that same day... lol)

Awesome man thanks for the info. I called today and got a tracking number so it looks like all of my stuff should be here tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have everything on my truck on Saturday too.

So I just took inventory of the bumpers... Everything is accounted for.

The only issues... two washers are defective (one is in half, other missing a chunk lol.. no big deal). The one thing that does bug me some of the powder coating is messed up on one bumper.. pretty minor but for that much still.... I'll call them up tomorrow and see about a touch up kit.

Still awesome can't wait to get them on!

My light bar came with the winch mount so you may not get the last piece to the bumper yet....

As far a powder coating issues... they all come with some dings =/ nothing a little rattle can cant fix though

Ah yea not being negative at all just pointing out any 'issues' I found so others that haven't received yet have an idea what to expect. I can't wait to get them installed myself :D

Also might be useful for others... the instructions just lists "bolts" and such, not quanity. Between the two kits this is what I recieved:

    Allpro bolt kit
    Short bolts - 20
    Short lock washers - 2
    Short washers - 40
    Short lock nuts - 20
    Large bolts - 2
    Large lock washers - 2
    Large washers - 8

^^^^ Did you notice any issues with the other center section? This is what mine looked like when i got it. Looks almost the same as the damage on yours. I called All-Pro and they got UPS working on a damage claim right away. Haven't heard back from UPS yet so don't know how it will turn it out.

Nah I didn't have any other issues, a minor chip on one of skids. I never really bothered to follow up... we ended up scratching it on the install anyway lol.

I haven't installed mine yet, probably going to wait until I order and install my OME 3" lift... which also means new tires... ect ect. Prob a few months out. I only have a crappy pic from my Droid of the one we did on my buddies (normally decent but not so great at 1am lol).

I picked mine up from the UPS hub yesterday! The boxes were in good shape but I haven't taken them out yet to check everything. Damn these things are heavy...I'mma need a hand to get this thing on. Anyone done it solo using an engine hoist?

Wouldn't recommend it. We used a cherry picker to lift mine onto the truck. It was way too heavy with the winch attached. It sure is a lot easier to have someone else help guide the bumper onto the studs so you don't scratch the rest of the truck.

got mine installed today, found the instructions to be useless and wrong at times but figured it out no sweat. took me and two friends to lift it on with a winch attached.

did some cutting and grinding on the bud built skid and some small notches on the bumper and it all fits nice now. actually used the outlet in the bed for the angle grinder, worked like a charm.

wired up the piaa fogs but still need to fab a mounting bracket for the solenoids to wire up the winch.

I noticed the mounting holes for the fairlead on the bumper are about a 1/4 inch off compared to the holes on the warn roller fairlead that came with the winch. i checked this with another fairlead a friend is not using and same thing, the holes don't line up. Does the aluminum hawse allpro sells fit or is it just a manufacturing defect or am i just missing something completely??? guessing i will just i get the one i want and drill to match that...

other than that the bumper looks and fits great, i can't wait to winch on some stuff and beat this thing up. pics will come soon, clean bumper and dirty car looks funny

I got mine on Monday with the help of joneill03!

The bumper looks tilted to me when I look at the gap at the fenders compared to the gap under the headlights, especially on the driver's side. Any way to fix this?

I also could not get two of the bolts in. There is a thread on each side of the lower center section, closest to the front of the bumper, furthest from the center. I could not get either of these two to thread in. Looks like the holes in the upper center section were just a smidge off. Everything else bolted up correctly though I did have to push/pull some pieces to align them enough to get the bolts through.

Looks great though and I'm probably the only one that'll notice the uneven gaps.

Looks good, is the gap for body flex maybe? Still kicking myself for not getting in on the group buy!
