Okay, I have a weird problem. I'm testing the front diff and manual hubs to see if I assembled them correctly. There is no transfer case OR front left steering knuckle connected, only the front right. When I turn the driveshaft flange and the manual hub is in LOCK, the wheel hub doesn't move. It's like it's not getting any power. Any ideas?

Yup. Without a pinch weld mod and some trimming of the fender flares, it rubbed pretty good. After those mods, nice and clear around town. Although, it would still rub the frame at full lock mostly when backing up. I'd get some rubbing when off road in certain situations (full lock/compression) as well but it wasn't much.

Nothing like the frame rub I was getting with my Volks (4.5" BS) and the K02's (295 instead of 285). Part of the reason why I didn't really take it off road as much with this setup.

I know I’m a little late with this but I felt like it needed some clarification. All the bolts that hold the front skid on are actually 8mm bolts. 8mm diameter 1.25 thread pitch. All factory Toyota 8mm bolts will have a 12mm head while all 8mm bolts bought/sourced in the US will have a 13mm head so they also fit a 1/2” socket.

Same thing applies to all the other metric bolts I’ve bought in the US, they will have a head size that fits a metric socket and a standard socket.

On a factory Toyota bolt the head size will always 4mm up from the diameter of the shank.

Honestly the paint I used was a semi translucent paint, it's all about trying to applicate it lightly. The other thing too was that I painted it blue with blue led's. I imagine the stock orange needles with red led's look similar. If you run white LED's though I'm sure it looks amazing. There are also facets on the needle that are painted and unpainted which help how it looks/glows.

That an offroad park or forest?

Basically the same thing. I used the all pro on my 4runner and never had an issue.

It is an old road that has not been maintained by the county for a long, long time.

I'm really happy with my built right fabrication uca's and they were by far cheaper than TC, allpro, Icon, and Camburg.

I posted this in the 98-00 thread and have searched like crazy and can't a definite answer so I'll repost here:
So my girlfriend got me some Husky floor liners for Christmas and upon opening the box I discovered that they were for an explorer (she ordered the right ones Btw). So Amazon sent out a replacement that arvived today and this time they sent Tan rear floor liners for a double cab instead of the black front xtracab that they should have been! Long story short I'm done messing with Amazon and husky and am curious if the weathertech floor liners for 01-04 will fit my 98?
