    You'd think the bosses would figure stuff like that out. When the entire shop doesn't have air or power, the entire shop is either shut down or at a serious limp. Low production equals low money coming in.

    Cost to much to fix now.
    They had to dig up and redo the whole floor after we moved in because they ended up with the lift capsules below the cement line which would direct all water into the left wells.
    Had to work around that with cement dust for two months.
    And that was when it was brand new....

    For the over head valves if they are positioned right in our shop we drilled the handles and hung a cable with a loop through them just had to go grab the hook and pull down to shut them off. We needed the clearance so the loops were 14 foot up stand on a work stand reach up snag the loop pull. They might consider doing that since it is cheap. Next time there is afire inspection have everyone have power strips plugged in to both outlets and every thing else they can :} Fire or safety guys will love that :}

    Well, it is salvageable if someone gets smarter in the future. But it would be easier if it were in the concrete to build an overhead system and get it in place while the in slab air was in use then, just swap it over on a Sunday. But it would have been smarter to have just put the manifold in initially and the additional power.

    Exactly we pointed that out with shut offs etc.
    Run the dam thing across the wall then manifolds then overhead. Would use slightly more pipe but so much easier on repair. Even drop lights are overhead.
    I stuck mine on the side of a 2x4 next to my box. If it breaks, I can fix it myself with no ladder etc.

    You guys would also be able to add in any regulators or water separators and service them yourselves. You know they don't drain that air tank like they should (or I'd be suprised if they did unless it's one of you guys doing it for the sake of saving your own tools).

    Are you going to have to run extra cooling to compensate for the area taken by those lights? Larger alternator? 5k generator in the bed?

    Yea I’ve had to change out the air and electric reels at carmax up at the roof. Had to get 2 guys and a scissor lift but they wouldn’t let us pipe them lower.
