He hit on some stuff I mentioned I thought would be a good idea for everybody to talk about many posts ago. Like What the details of a certain coin is or what it's strengths and weakness's are etc. Who's backing them or who's behind it, basically what the dealeo is, not just knowing the name of it and going by what people are saying.

I think would be good to gather some good intel on coins and put up front in OP.

Think it depends on how you feel about a particular coin as to when to sell. If you think itll triple then why sell at double :)

Im not at the moment but will be. They are partnered with QSP which is another long term hold for me so only makes sense.

Though Ill be missing out on this pump due to risking quite a bit on something else. But ill just buy in in a day or two when it dips down

Are you sending eth to Binance? It’s faster than BTC. And cheaper.

Where are you seeing this? I haven’t heard about a fork, but I know they are planning to rebrand to VET sometime in Q1 2018.

Are they actually hardforking? I know they announced the Thor thing which sounds a lot like Neo and Gas.

If thinking a coin would triple made it triple, I'd take out another mortgage today.

I've only been selling half of my doubled coins and using that to buy another.
I guess my thinking is that crypto currency will "make it" in one form or another but it's hard for me to believe that all these coins will "make it". If I can spread my investment(gamble?) around to several coins I'm increasing the odds that I'll be holding the next Amazon or Apple when the dust settles.

Obviously, putting it all in the Amazon or Apple would get me the best returns but I have no idea which one that is. Do you? :D

Trying the shotgun approach right now anyway :fenforcer:

lol i gotcha. I more meant deciding when to get out. Like with XRP. If you bought in at 700 then it went to 1400 would you have sold there or do you wait and see what it does. In XRP's case it jumped to what..2100? Least for a bit then came back down.

But i do similar to you. Ill usually sell when i think its topped out more than a set number and then wait for it to drop again. Take the initial amount of shares reinvest those back into and take the extra "profit" and putting it into whatever i wanted. Or recently its been selling high and rebuying in lower getting more shares for the next ride :)
