On a mini vacation now but stoked to get back to the turbos stuff

 

I want to maintain my stock hard lines but i need to find an adapter to go from this to AN does anyone know of such magic? It’s a size 14mm but not sure of the thread count yet.

Yeah i have been. Some of the stuff seems over my head but like I'm sure once i have something to work with and the ecu actually hooked up in the vehicle and the computer hooked up I should do okay.

So on the way to work today up on the freeway I couldn't get past 65 mph because the engine was bogging. Afr's were at 8.00-9.00 and that was maybe 1/4 throttle. EngineLink app was showing 75-100% load and boost was high timing 3deg. When I got off the freeway coming out of a light (slight turn) I light up the tire through second gear. It's probably that vac/boost leak at the IAC.

Took some persuasion but got my truck to crank this mornin (i think it was single digits but here is the intake temp after 5 mins of driving and a 5 min warm up

 

Cold and cranky.

Ironically I got my base map from Luis sunday night. I'm pretty close to his shop i believe ( in pa, close to maryland line) I'm gonna have him tune it at some point but I deff want to hook it up and tweak it so it' driveable in boost at least. Need to get another vehicle for transportation so I dont need to worry about having the tacoma to get to work and such. I think from looking at the tables for fuel and timing everything is filled out up to when i would start building boost. So im thinking ill look at a couple maps to compare and start filling it out. The Rpm columns go all the way up to 10000 Rpms which ill never go over 5500 so hopfully I can alter how many rows I want. Need to figure out how to get my haltech to read my afrs from my plx module. Run my vac line through the firewall so the haltech can read boost and take out my maf sensor . Come inspection time I'm gonna have to basically put everything back to how it is now which is gonna really suck unless I can find a way to make the truck emissions exempt. But really to swap a fuel rail, injectors, and put maf sensor back on wouldnt take up more than a couple hours and it will help that I'm gonna try and make the fuel system interchangeable with the stock one
