    Thanks Dan

    Thanks Cypher :hattip:

    Thanks Martin

    thanks Ted

    Thanks Andy :fistbump:

:cookiemonster::cookiemonster::cookiemonster: someone say COOKIES?? :hungry:

    Thanks Mike:humble:

    Thanks JD

Will be above freezing.... but not by much.... 36 and a couple of 37's in the forecast

    Thanks Rob :fistbump:

Retirement trial run... phooey on that, I want the actual thing!!! :jellydance:

 remember changing nut plates, no gloves, in way below 0* temps.... then dropping the drill bit in the snow :annoyed: and having to find it

    Thanks Doug :hattip:

Used to walk to work in those temps.... wearing bunny boots, parka pants, parka, with hood up, cossack hat, with scarf across face, hands stuffed in parka pockets.... and getting home with eye lashes and eye brows covered in frost... and eye balls almost frozen. Brisk walk :D

I've always wondered why the "smart people" never ask the users what they need/want. Computer lab, with 2 outlets on one wall and no lan lines  Welding shop with no 220 power  Just because you have a piece of paper that says you are smart, what makes you smart??

    afternoon Rich

Good on you for helping out.... you need to keep a pair of gloves in your truck!!! or all jacket pockets!!!

    afternoon boys :hattip:

    Small useful for me stuff.
A lot of the reasons the tech or end users don't get what they want is budget related. The bean counters say build this structure for "x". The architect draws it it goes into production and everyone follows the drawings or there is hell to pay. Change orders are put in and we ask wth but were told shut up and do what is on the drawings.

    True Dat.......
The money they had to put into this building after it was built because of crap like that far exceeded
What it would have cost to do it right the first time.
