I already have the other car. The Taco is the only truck for me now. As far as other cars ALONG with the Taco any old school muscle car will do.

I'd rather not think of all the $ spent :(
I almost shipped a Landy (or similar)over but opted for the Tacoma.
But once I slow down, Audi. Always loved them.

I'm renting this for the week on a work trip. I gotta say, if I didn't have a kid and a dog, I'd probably buy one

    Brand new so nothing yet.
That's bad ass. If my fiancé would let me I'd have one haha. I may rent one for a weekend down in Boston this summer. Hopefully if she rides in one she will say yes. We'll keep the fingers crossed.

I was Jeep shopping. Wanted an older CJ5 twin stick or a newer loaded Rubicon. Wound up w/ a 2wd Tacoma. Go figure.

That 5R55/4.0L Cologne is why I own a Toyota. I bought a brand new 1997 XLT Ranger 4WD Supercab, 6 miles on it when I got it in Sept 1996. It went through 2 transmissions in the just shy of 3 years I owned it. That was also one of the couple of times I strayed from stick shifts and I haven't had an automatic as my car since selling it late in 1999. It was in the shop a lot. We've had one auto vehicle since, a 2005 4Runner, but that was her car and I rarely drove it.

It's ironic, though, that I'm actually hoping the new Ranger is interesting and as good as the Aussies seem to think it is. I may actually jump back depending on how long my Taco lasts. Apparently the new Ranger is giving the Hilux some real competition.

Still occasionally wonder if that's what I should have bought instead. Hard to break the spell Toyotas have me under, though.

92 or older Ford Ranger or Bronco or the new ones if they bring them out.

    I had a '91 2wd 3.0L and an '03 4wd 4.0L ranger. Both were extended cab v6's with 5 speed manuals.

I have always had the dream since owning the '91 to take and convert a 90's era 2wd 5spd manual ranger to an electric drive (with a diesel generator for back-up). I would put dualies and a stake body on. Then paint the cab with a crazy railroad inspired paint job and name the truck "loco-motion"
