I really like it. Excellent product. Mounts up rock solid.

I've had to do zero "re-tightening" of anything. Installed in the time it took to nurse a cold beer.

Holds my iPhone 7+ in LifeProof case perfectly and can be adjusted to whatever viewing angle desired.

Pricey at first....but it's a well designed and well made accessory that should last me for the length of time I own this truck. In the long run that makes it a bargain.

I did just that myself. TW member on the west coast sent me his free of charge and even paid the shipping. I gave my SR5 grille to a member in Oklahoma. I didn't like the open area on the SR5 grille. My biggest fear was a bird or rock missing the plastic slats and costing me money. Right before I had it changed out I hit a sparrow just between the bottom of the grill and the bumper cap.

I installed my Hondo mount then my new Kicker Speakers yesterday. Love the mount so far. Looking forward to using it off road.

I got my Innovited HID kit yesterday as well, that will go in today!

I agree...ridiculously cold is right! And yes, I choose to live here haha

Yes a block heater is standard fair around here and required when the mercury dips this low. It starts, although if you forget to plug in it can be hit or miss, usually if it's been sitting for >24hrs you'll be phoning a friend for a boost

Honestly a good question.. One I can't answer though.

The DC was very dim, had some flicker on one side.

AC, perfect. Color was as expected (5000k), no flicker or anything weird, bright as hell but not blinding.

I found this after I posted last night, seems to give good info: http://www.ebay.com/gds/Whats-the-D...-DC-Conversion-Kits-/10000000178258846/g.html

Also, did you get the additional harness for the 35w or just run without?

    I'll check that out.

    No additional harness.

Two 35w ballast, two 5000k bulbs.. Works perfectly. I (personally) recommend the Innovited kits only as I have used several in the past and they all seem consistent, I haven't had any issues with any of the Innovited kits in any of my vehicles.

Sounds good. I'll be installing my Innovited kit later today once the sun is up. 7:30am here and it's still dark out...Thanks for the recommendation, mate, $40 is a hell of deal for some kickass HIDs! Pics will be up later.

Only other advice I have is to look at the wires on the HID kit and look at your factory harness wires and match them up.

One thing that threw me off is one of the sides of my factory harness I think were blue/white, but I held my breath and matched it up to the HID kit with no issues.

Report back when all is complete

Installed ditch lights and removed pin stripes this weekend. I hate pin stripes.
