    Nah 3rd Gen. Turned out nice. Rides way better with the new suspension and I think looks better too. Nice ride height. Just needs slightly bigger tires next time he gets some.

    For some reason or reasons, propane is very cheap there. Here propane costs about 3$/gallon. In Columbus this past september, it cost about 1$/gallon to fill the 20# tank we use for campfires.

    Could be that most tenants use it as a garage rather than a shop. No need to heat it in that case. Plus, as a rental, there'd be the risk of the tenant walking off with the tank.
