    Annual lime squeeze. Yes, they are limes(mostly),a few are lemons since a part of the tree grew back from the root stock after a freeze producing lemons on that branch. This is how much we go through each year making Margueritas. Somewhere north of 300 oz. Usually takes two long evenings of cleaning, slicing, and squeezing. Stored long term in 32oz yogurt cartons and decanted into ice cube trays for immediate use.
