Happy New Year @SLO/TACO !! Speaking of nakedness with an attitude, normally as soon as I get out of the shower, I'll do the helicopter to dry off. The staff at the gym told me to stop last time though because I broke a light fixture on the ceiling. Be well.

Just did front squats for like...the first time.
Where have I been not doing these sooner!? I love how it totally forces you to keep a perfect back posture, lest you roll the bar right off your arms and look like a tard. Light weight for my first time feeling them out, but I’m glad I’m adding these into my workouts now.

I try to exclusively do double overhand now...palm out can cause biceps tears and uneven muscle development...also, double overhand increases grip/forearm strength. I still have to go mixed grip when I go heavier though.

No wrist wraps either...those are for women

    Lefties unite!

When I worked at the gym the only time I ever saw naked folks it was always old people. There is this one dude who is like 80 and would get completely naked before every workout to change and everyone would always complain about it. I was lucky enough to walk in on him one time and the dude's nutsack was like a foot long. Worst part is he sits on the bathroom community bench completely naked...I try to stay away from that thing now.

You might need surgery, brah. If your skin hasn't tightened back up over that period of time, surgery will likely be the only fix.

True dat...surprisingly, gym life hasn't slowed down at all. Meal prep has definitely been a pain in the ass, though.

In a year when they start eating baby food, just get a Ninja and do you and the kids meal prep all at once.

Blend up sweet potatoes, peas, chicken, pop tarts etc.

I just want to be done.

Ehh im use to it by now. Ill find someone that says low bar and sumo is cheating yet they'll use straps and a pussy pad (FTR I dont sumo but, low bar is my jam) . Ill call them out then they'll proceed to call me small that they needed it to pull the 225 for more than 3 reps and they have a delicate back. Ill laugh call them a chad and continue my life.... Its a viscous cycle on these gym pages man.

Bruh I honestly didnt bench for a long time as dislocated my shoulder while I was incline pressing.... Super fucking weird. But it had me out of commission for a while. Finally got back into moving heavy about a year ago so watching it steadily increase.

I don't think low bar or sumo are cheating, although I rarely do either. Low bar is more hamstring-centric and folks' hamstrings are usually stronger than their quads, so it's "easier."

Low bar actually just moves the weight closer to your hips and lets you put more torque on the bar due to it being closer to the fulcrum, it’s like using a slightly longer breaker bar. Uses the exact same percentages of the exact same muscles

I think the only squat cheat is not doing full reps. Go all the way down people, none of this sissy paralell shit.
