Another Clazzio review 3rd gen

@Clazzio love my seat covers thanks for the excellent customer service and seat cover quality. I highly recommend. Anyone on the fence (like I was) they are worth the wait and great quality. Look awesome with the inferno.

Thanks man, they are awesome and worth the wait I was definitely not sure about it but between the customer service and quality, you can't go wrong.

 

They are nice, but I think for a little more money next time I will go with Katzkins, I have had the the lower Driver's seat replaced now twice in under a year. A headrest as well. Definitely buy the warranty when you buy them as most likely you will need it. I barely drive 4 or 5 miles a day and for some reason they just don't seem to hold up well. Clazzio just told they are not gonna sell the light gray anymore as there has been way to many complaints about them. I have a pair of jeans that are about 4 years old and every time I wear them, I have to get the cleaner and get all the blue off the light gray.

 

Really? I went with dark gray I hope it doesn't have the same problem. Were yours leather as well?

 

Yup, and I also have a long crack in it as well. I clean and condition them very regularly.

 

Can you post a pic of your drivers side seat??

I’ve been thinking to get clazzio’s since like ever. Even before they raised the price by $100. But always thought about if I add a couple hundred, I’ll get some Katzkin. The quality seems really good

 

They are very nice, don't get me wrong. Just for the amount of use I have used them for, they just haven't held up

 

Wow, sorry to hear you've had so much trouble. I really hope mine hold up. They seem to be extremely well made and everyone that has them seems to love them. I guess only time will tell. These are my first leather seat covers so I'm going to try hard to take care of them.

 

This worries me. Was considering them.

 

Like I said though I think it just the light gray with an issue, not everybody has it I am sure. They said they won't sell the light gray anymore as it has had so many issues.

two questions for ya did you install heated seat kit with it or did your truck already have from factory .. 2nd question what bug shield you have on your truck looks awsome !

 

Would have considered if a full set for the Access Cab were available.

 

I don't have heated seats, I know it is an option through Clazzio though. I think they would be nice to have for sure. As to the second question (thanks btw), it is AVS Aeroskin hood guard. Won't help with bugs or rocks (on the windshield), but it protects the front of the hood, where a lot of rocks hit.

 

May be something to talk to Clazzio about maybe they will Fab some up? IDK worth asking though.

 

The staining of Blue jeans, is not a clazzio issue. Especially on the light gray material which we talked to you about when you ordered. The cracking, is an issue, and that, we've covered for you. I've been selling clazzio for about 10 years.. and to only have a very few handful of cracking issues is pretty decent. The factory even changed the vinyl this last year to a higher grade to stop any cracking issues from the past.

 

Sweet does that mean my second replacement piece won't crack again? And when I originally ordered this set nothing was ever said about issues with the lighter gray, otherwise I never would have ordered them with how anal I am about my truck. I would of gotten all black or just the darker gray. Let me go get the email from you last week that stated why you don't like to sell the gray for our trucks anymore. But thank you for giving me my now 3rd Driver's Seat Bottom.
