A lot of wannabes running around pretending to be soldiers. I guess they missed out on going to war and feel inadequate so they buy tactical shit to feel better about themselves.

Could be like this guy. There's a guy in my lodge who joined the National Guard and now thinks he's an operator. He's been shut down every time he tries to bring it up. He's an easy 320 pounds, and we keep telling him he's about to not be in the National Guard anymore.
    upload_2018-1-2_7-15-48.jpg

And he bitches about not being able to get a position above SPC-4.

I was going to say they would need a bigger roof shield for him. The one on that humvee looks a tad small.

2 sticks of butter, one for greasing him and the other you throw in the humvee for bait. he sees the stick of butter and momentum gets him in the rest of the way.

I just go with a tiny splash of water - in my post, I was referring to guys that simply dislike brown liquor. Fire water is life !

I watched some guy who was acting all bad ass saying "real men take it straight!" The looks he got would rot wood.

We were all "Dude. No they don't. Idiots with no respect for the effort it took to make it take it straight. Connoisseurs add a splash or ice to wake it up."

$45 scotch and he's doing it like tequila shots.

Not knowing how to drive a standard transmission.

Not knowing how to ride a motorcycle.

Agreed on the manual, disagree on the motorcycle. That's something I've never had a desire for - know too many people killed because A) they were stupid, or B) they did everything right and were still killed by someone else who was stupid.

I don't do gravity sports either. Personal choice based on keeping my knees bent the correct direction, and has no affect on manliness.

    Safety is cool.

But yeah, folks need to know how to properly depress a clutch on a regular basis.
