    5speed, and will be upgrading to the LCE metallic clutch. It will be my first venture into a performance clutch on this truck! The OEM clutch has done me well, but I assume I will burn it up super fast after the turbo install lol

    Nice! I have also been considering this for whenever I s/c my 2.7. I was between the LCE Pro kit, and the metallic clutch and I'm thinking ill go with the metallic one since the URD s/c I'm planning on puts out 248rwhp (which will be closer to 300 at the crank and that is on the upper limit of the LCE Pro). Please let me know what you think about the clutch whenever you get it installed! I'm curious as to how harsh the release point/pedal feel will be. Either way, I'm almost 100% sure this is the one I'm going with since once I put some headers and an exhaust on it, it will more than likely be over the 300hp that the LCE pro will support. I just recently (about 25k miles ago) put a new OEM clutch in there and its looking like ill have to upgrade it again, so I'm really trying to avoid having to change it out again after I upgrade it and supercharge it.

    How soon will the turbo be getting installed? and how much boost do you plan on running through your 2TR?

    Well, to start i will be putting no more than 10psi into the stock block. But that should get me to around 300ish anyhow.
    That should be happening at the end of jan, or in feb. SO EXCITE! Then it's time to start building the forged block for real power!

    I think the metallic is going to be a bit rough on takeoff, and I will be DDing this for a while, so theres a distinct possibility I go with the Dual Comp clutch. 385hp rated, same clamping force as the metallic clutch too... but only 385 supposedly, but I dont know if they are under, or over rated

    Thanks a bunch, I will probably end up going with the Dual comp LCE like you mentioned. Sounds like a good balance of a stiffer pedal/higher hp & torque rating while still maintaining decent drivability. I'm glad I asked you about this. I didn't even see this option when cruising on their website and looking at things

    Exactly! Have you ever replaced your clutch before? If you have already gone one, I would get their optional hardware as well. Preventative at the least!
