    I'm about to take delivery of a 2018 cement TRD OR to replace my 16 that got totaled. i had a TRD PRO grill in my 16, and i know the 18's have the module for TSS integrated into toyota emblem. i also know that my pro grill has the cutout for the pro module already ready to go. does anyone know yet if the module for the other models can be retrofitted to fit into the opening in the pro grill?

    I know with the 18 Pros there’s a shinny black panel (3”x5”) that covers all those sensors. I know with my 17 Pro grill it doesn’t look like it will work

    The few people that have put some kind of plexiglass in front of the sensor to protect it from bugs etc.u

    All of the TRD pro grills have the cut out, at least the genuine Toyota ones do. I’m wondering about the specific module that fits into that cut out.

    Part number 53141 - 35060 I think this is the plexiglass port for the pro grill to put on a 2018 - I was looking on the dealers microfiche and was able to find this part number which is for the center section of the pro grill, there’s are 18 on backorder- without ordering there is no way to tell if it has plexiglass on front they run about $50

    is that the port though, or the actual module that includes the sensors? i looked under the hood on an 18 pro, and an 18 TRD OR and the entire module looks totally different. i cant imagine its that cheap...

    I think it’s only the plastic part of the grill with the plexiglass attached, not the sensor

    They pop up regularly for around $80. Probably not going to work being as you're in VT and I'm in AZ and shipping would probably be expensive... I can't justify spending any more than that when I can get a fake Pro grill for $140.

    I found same thing in dealer since im having issue on my pro grill on my 2018 taco offroad sensor goes off, see picture, so i went to check 2018 trd pros and this is what they have, the plastic panel in front of that grill is
    $350 53141-35060 Genuine OEM
    53141-35060 and cost 86 bucks on them , maybe cheaper online...

    Thats sucks , and weird i saw the drawing diagram from dealer and shows that part it has that part numbers but if it is radiator itself thats cheap ...

    any chance you could double check? none of my dealers even have a diagram. All they tell me is the 2018 grill has not arrived and that there is no part number for that new grill yet.

    It's not a radiator. It's a radiator grille garnish.
