USI Tech got a cease and desist order for being scammy not to long ago if I remember right.

They are a risk as its setup like a ponzi scheme in a way. bitconnect has been around for quite sometime though (a year?) and people do seem to actually be getting returns from it. Personally...not my cup o' tea

Yeah 2 of the promoters in Texas. I put some money into usi tech. Seeing as I find other ways to throw money away, figure maybe try and see what happens.

This is fn great!! The lack of understanding regarding crypto is fascinating. Few people realize that bitcoin and the currency aspect has already been proven to successfully work as evident by Silk Road. I use this fact when doing consulting and presentations. Blows people's minds. :bananadead:

lets say I know 100 people through work and friends, 2 of those people are in cryptos and only 1 is mining. That's the growth potential that exists, that's BTC at $100,000! That's us in this thread rafting our mega yatchs up in the Virgin Islands

Youll find a lot of people either 1) leaving things in Exchanges (ie binance, coinbase, ect) or 2) using a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet

Then youll probably find fewer people using 3) Which would be either coin specific wallets or other generic ones like Exodus or MyEtherWallet.

For number 3...I have quite a few software wallets for individual coins

Exodus has ridiculous fees, I highly recommend using a ledger paired with my ether wallet since there are only fees for transferring
you can print the private keys for the coin if that is what you are wondering, that can be done on My Ether Wallet

    Going with 4 of these:
    https://m.ebay.com/itm/MSI-GeForce-...?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10&_mwBanner=1

And transplanting my current motherboard into one of these:

Tons of cooling power, and the ability to add extra cards. Plus it looks freaking badass.

nice. The 1060 is what ill probably build a second mining rig out of. But I want one rig with AMD and one with NVidia if I do a second rig that way I can have exposure over different coins. Love the low power on them too. Running 6 1060's on 70w per a card is pretty nice

That’s definitely a plus as far as power consumption. I read somewhere that they’re 120w?

I’m glad to know others like that card too. Makes me more comfortable knowing I’m not dumping money into an inefficient waste of space lol.

I was surprised how consistent it has been. That’s another one of those coins that was way lower just a month ago... woulda been nice to double your money.
