Received mine today from areyourshop-a and it's a fucking one piece instead of a two piece like the seller advertised.

For those of you taking the sellers side even though they are misrepresenting, I as well as all the other buyers were not expecting a $400 grill for $140. I was simply expecting for the seller to deliver the product they were showing on their pictures. That simple.

Now instead of just screwing the two piece together and slaping the thing on, I have to go out of my way to paint the fucking sides of the outter T and the A.

Same question. What paint and how many coats?

Will be tackling this project this weekend.

NOICE!!!! I ordered from the same vendor. Waiting on it still. You're the 3rd person to get the grill from them that I've seen and all the 2 piece. Fingers crossed.

Yan-lim. Yan-lim. He's our man. If he can hook us up. No body can!!!!

I sent him/her an email with that chant. Let's hope it works.

He's actually been very good about replying to my emails. Sent him 3 and he's responded promptly each time.

Wow, I totally did not catch that. I skimmed through these threads and missed that detail. I just realized the difference in color of the outer T and A. Checked mine just now and I see it now. Mine is already installed and I added extra glue...so they are not coming off. I'm fine with it...my bad for not catching it. Good luck to you, and please post if you find a color match eventually.

If the colors of the letters matched it wouldn't be so much of a problem. I'm irritated because I have to do something I'm not very good at(paint) to get this grill as it's supposed to. The 2 piece grills were simply screw on and bam you're done. ugh

Like you I was annoyed knowing I was more than likely going to receive the one piece with Stick on letters partly because I knew I was going to have to paint a couple letters myself. When I picked it up yesterday and got to looking at the letters I knew it hardly be noticeable once Installed so I’m not going to bother. I’m also adding orange vinyl to the letters so it’ll be even less noticeable. My major concern is longevity of the letters actually staying in place. I’m tinkering with melting the pins that come thru the grill flat after being installed so even if the glue fails they just can’t fall off due to the pins being melted to the actual grill itself.
