I think something like that.

Great for loading riding mowers or heavy generators.

 

What they lack in universal appeal that make up for in unexpected performance. Jump into an S60R or V70R if you get a chance.

I love this ramp ... I have a 400 lb+ generator on wheels and this would make it so easy to load.

 

This one is a real 1970 442, not a W30, but a real 442 and can be had for $40K. By today's prices, this is a good deal! Since it was $3K new, it is completely outrageous! I've seen ones not nearly this nice go for $70K. Something about the '70 model. I'm looking through the couch cushions at the moment for spare change . . .

Hey, Volvo fans . . . we think we may be back in the new XC60 if/when the Audi TDI scandal finalizes? Now, I still LOVE that TDI power plant, you just have to drive one to appreciate it, but our Q5 is getting on in miles and TDI is going away from most suppliers. I'd get a Landrover Disco TDI but the wife doesn't like them.

 

Harder than hell on the paint on that panel, though. They'd have to give it a stainless steel lip, a rubber foot, etc. where it contacts the ground, otherwise one gravel driveway would ruin your paint job.

Yes that was the problem.

Large rubber bumpers on the top edge worked.

It kind a looked like 1-1/2” pipe insulation sleeves.

To this day I use to 2” pipe insulation sleeves on the side of the Tacoma bed sides when carrying weird sized loads.
