    Made my first Neapolitan style pizza last weekend. 00 Flour, 3 day fermentation and cooked on a stone on the bbq at 700° Tried to be as true to the standards as possible.

    I made Pizzas from the age of 17-26. I have few good recipes The BLT pizza was pretty good it consist of the pizza dough "cooked" with mayo,lettuce,bacon and tomatoes. For all you :rasta:out there I recommend this one. You first combine cream cheese vanilla extract, sugar mix together until acquired taste than refrigerate. Next you caramelize apples with cinnamon and sugar so it represents the same consistency as apple pie filling. What you wanna do first is cook the dough until it barely is stiff take out of oven put on some of the cream cheese spread put back in oven only until the cream cheese is soft so you can spread it evenly on the pizza dough. Next apply the apples cook until desired crust. The final step is to put vanilla ice cream on top of it and enjoy!
