Hopefully you all can get it sorted out. I don't think he really means to be that much of a dick, but I can see how it comes off that way. Like most things, I am sure the truth is somewhere in the middle.

Sadly, it is... I also hate dealing with it.... but I'm trying to not involve everyone else and keeping it in private chat, I've just had a few people PM me and ask where I've been / why I havent been on here

Well, whatever the fuck it is, at the end of the day this a truck forum. If someone hurt someone elses feelings, then just move the fuck on. Who cares? It's nothing but digital information represented on a screen.

In this day and age, people take forums, Facebook, Instagram WAY too seriously and it's fucking tiring and sad to watch human social interactions boil down to some electrical pulses transmitted across a wire and displayed onto a screen. People used to shake each others hand and show genuine hate or interest in person. Ran your mouth, you got decked. Shit like that. I appreciate you keeping it outta here, but that fact you told us you had an issue with someone is just as bad as handling it in public.
No one cares. Everyone wipe your digitally hurt booty hole and ruck up. I came here to talk about my truck and make friends. Not play high school social. If ya got beef, keep it far away please.

I agree with you, but at the same time, it's just as easy to ignore the "beef" we're not involved in and move on. No need to make a bigger deal out of something you don't think should be a big deal. All I asked was that Caleb come back. Let him and David work it out however they want. Doesn't concern us.

Back to trucks - @EatSleepTacos do you have pictures of Rausch? Or are they all in the lair?

Whenever. I am trying to decide if I should do the lift without the UCAs and a bumper. But I am too broke for either, but I want a lift before the end of the month. I dunno......

How much of a lift are you looking for? I don't know much about 3rd Gens (or 2nd gens for that matter), but you may not need UCAs right away.Don't listen to me though. Someone who knows more can chime in.

What bumper are you looking at?

I want a CBI bumper, but the ARB one is actually nicer than I thought.
I got a 2.5" OME Nitro kit with Dakars. I don't need a huge lift, but the thing is, with the 886 OME coils unloaded, my lift will be a bit above 3 inches. They are heavy springs lol.

I didn’t take any pics! Here’s one that David snapped of me on pizza rock. My passenger took a bunch of pics which he’ll post up eventually.

@CaliDevilDoc rides on 886s with his 3rd gen. He has skids and sliders, but no bumper and doesn’t think the ride is stiff. You should totes armor up though so you can join us at rausch.

with all due respect, it's easy for you to sit there any say that..... you are new around here. you dont know anyone in person.

I have quite a few friends on this forum, we've met up, drank beer, modded trucks, BSed, put our life out there, our relationships w/ our spouses, etc...

so no. this isnt just anonymous internet / "digital butthurt"

however.... we're all men here..... if you plan on being on this thread at all.... you'll learn.... sometimes people rub each other the wrong way, but we tell them, and get through it.

    agreed.

Randy, how difficult was it drilling through the Demello to mount those lights? also what size are those? I was thinking of putting some aux lighting there (undecided on a bar or round lights)

also, did you route the wiring with the winch or separately?

Sure, whatever you say. To each his own. Merica'. I like dealing with people in person. This place is a spot to coordinate and ask advice. Outside of that, we are either talking face to face or not at all. People hide/cry behind keyboards and I don't want to allow that to exist around me as much as possible.

Anyways, there is that Blue Ridge Expedition event going on in Collettsville, NC. I know some of you swear you won't do anything in the winter, but come on. Let's go. Nothing better than getting hammered by a roaring fire. You know how to reach me. I'm out of here for the day.
