I was just told close to 650lb from someone at wheelers. Seems like no one knows for sure.

This is one of those situations where Jon Snow does not know nothing.

Yes, I just used a double negative. Get over it.

Lol, I do know something though! 9 years at ARB does have it's advantages ;)

Australia has kept the info close to it's vest, and spring rates on the BP's are not info given out. I'm 99.9% certain that they are 700 lb coils, and yes the rest is magic.

Dude will be coming into the Seattle Area. Pick up a softtopper or save up for a canopy? I occasionally use the bed to take things to the dump, haul mulch and other house projects and lowering a softtopper is significantly easier than taking off a canopy. Opinions?

I really like my canopy because it's waterproof and lockable. For how I use my truck, I rarely wish I didn't have it on.

So basically, I think whether to go with a canopy or a Softopper depends on how you plan to use the truck.

I bought a utility trailer on CL that holds more than a taco bed and it was $150 with an $80 registration ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have one of those cookie cutter houses built on a tiny lot which leaves me no space for a trailer, even one of those fold up ones unless I sacrifice a parking spot in the garage (not about that life).

Yeah, our HOA president is mad with power and they want to fine us every time you can see it from the street so it is kind of a pain in the ass to manage

That's like the saving grace of my neighborhood; the HOA absolved before I moved in. That and a greenbelt across the street.

They recently decided our trashcans couldnt be visible from the street either so I had to spend a weekend and $500 building something that would hide them and not look like shit. I was tempted to put up an ugly shower curtain but I dont want to look like a garbage person while being petty.

Fuck HOAs. I'd rather have neighbors with an overgrown trashy yard and a pink house than some bored housewife telling me my grass is 1/2" too long.

To be honest, I appreciate the fact that there arent houses with cars up on blocks in the front yard but some of it seems extremely excessive.

I really like my Softopper. I got it specifically so I could collapse it or remove it easily if needed to fit larger items in the bed.

That's my only thing, the houses that are being rented generally aren't well kept, if at all compared to the houses that are being owned. At least all the rental houses are down the street from me.

As much as they suck, they do tend to keep property values higher.
