I’m all seriousness hope to see ya there. If not I’m sure there will be another one

I'm in the middle of setting the truck up for next summers Swisha trip and am a bit behind with gear. I don't have any recovery gear yet so I'm hoping I won't get stuck. I'll buy you guys beer if I need extraction...LOL Most of the stuff is in the garage waiting for install while the rest I'll be ordering in the next couple weeks.
I'll put all my tools in the back for the snow trip, should help with traction.

You have front + rear lockers and factory Duratrac tires. Why so worried? :p

You guys think weight in the back will be vital? I could throw some trailer brake drums in the back...

Ko2s are having great reviews because people haven't tried better tires (most people ride shit brands anyways), plus looks.
I have like over 20+ wheels in the garage and went thru many different sets of tires recently, so in my experience if you strictly need highway tires go with Michelin LTX M/S2 (they lasted me over 100K kms and still 40% tread left), if you need winters get Nokians (mine have 65K on them and 50% tread left). It also depends on what size you plan to run, the weight of the wheel, etc.

    Visit KalTire, they sell nokians.

If you have weight at the back you won't be able to do some fun wheeling... aka donuts.

Since the snow will be deep, it may be better to be lightweight and air down, so you don't sink as much...
Just make sure you have both front- and rear tow points. Here's an album link to last year's run. Plenty of recovery all around: https://goo.gl/photos/U85f2jnT5WFC1JUw8
