Ha! I've owned a Dodge truck...the Ram is low on my list.

 

What are you guys going to get or what are you thinking about getting?

 

Looking at the Lexus GX 460 (2010-2013 unless I can find some ideas to do something about the tragic grill on the 2014+ refresh). The tow rating is the same as the Tacoma but the extra grunt of the V8 should help. It'll be another 6 months or so before we start looking seriously.

I'd be stoked to get her into a LC200 but she doesn't want to drive something that size.

 

Gx's are way nice. That's a good way to go.

Now that is a nice slimline bumper. Did you have to pull the lower off for cutting or does the center just pop out after removing some clips? I'll be getting one of these soon and looks like a Warn 8000s is on the docket too.

 

The center grey piece pops off then there is material behind that needs to be cut. Eric at @RelentlessFab did the cutting...I'm pretty sure they took the bumper cover off to remove the center piece and cut but I'm not positive.

 

Got about 16k feet on the skis today. So far this season I've skied more than the last 3 years combined.


Also found a nice spot for a beer and a nap when I was done on the skis

 

It's looking like winter might be arriving soon for Tahoe so I made use of some vinyl decals that were too large for the truck after hitting the skis with some wax this evening.

I had a dream last night that I was cutting my bedsides for the rear bumper........in the dream I sneezed and ended up bobbing the bed

MRI in the morning means fresh air in the afternoon. Wandered around east of Hidden Valley for a few hours...nice and quiet out today (except for the pew pew pew)

Should have stayed home today.....can't focus at work this morning.....Dr apt in about an hour to confirm if the cancer is indeed back or if the scan 4 months ago was a fluke.

I could only imagine. Here for you, as always.

 

Well, good news is my spleen and gallbladder look normal even though they were removed 3 years ago. Bad news is its back.
