My dad went to Alabama. Somehow my sister went to Auburn. It's awful. I went to UNA so much team is never on tv and I've rooted for Alabama my whole life.

Anyway, here is a 4.75lb butt on my mini-wsm.

My wife went to Alabama and I got my degree from Embry-Riddle but will always be an Oregon Fan, too bad they suck this year.

That’s a nice looking butt... :hungry:

I'm not an Oregon fan, but this guy got it done yesterday. I live outside Nashville and am a Titans fan too.

I lived in Cheatham/Montgomery county for 14ish years. I’m a Mariota and Titan’s Fan, but no longer support the NFL. I’m glad to hear he did well yesterday.

I got nothing but nice things to say about BGE, but in terms of warranty, it is a misnomer that Kamado is inferior. Some fun reading:

I ended up going with this on the beef ribs, but added some onion powder in there as well. It was a very simple and effective rub.

For the wrap, I went with a mixture of melted Country Crock with some of the fat trimmings in there as it melted, and added beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped onion. No pics because I was out camping and did not have my phone on me, but they were damn good and there were no complaints from those I fed.

A total of about 6 hours at around 260*, including 30 minutes in the cooler.

True story! But I guess when you deal with it almost daily, you get used to it.

Smoked some st louis ribs over a camp fire at death valley, 5 hours low and slow over lump charcoal. Came out great!
