    Morning all! As is typical of this company, all of the warehouses and offices further south of us are closed and aren't sending trucks out. Boston, New Jersey, New York, etc. Which is fine; I support that from a company. The irritating thing is that even though we're not sending trucks out of my warehouse because the roads are too dangerous, it's mandatory for everybody in my office to show up and work the full day.

    And the icing on the cake is that my boss, who thinks that 'we should never close because of weather' just sent in an email that he's working from his home office today :rolleyes:

    Yup working away over here! Doubt they will close unless the power goes out (obviously have to close due to safety and machines can't run). Tonight's drive will be interesting, but probably not too terrible.

    They cancelled work for the last snow storm last winter, we worked the rest of them though. We never really know, but there are parts and money to be made so they don't like to close (I lose my OT if they close so I don't really mind, just going to sit around at home otherwise)
