I had worked at dealerships with non refundable deposits, and I've kept customers money before. But not if it was my screw up

 

I'd imagine it's got to be in the paperwork somewhere though.

 

Yeah it's stated on the purchase and sales that it's non refundable

 

we are looking at a used car. The car only needed to be registered and insured and we would have been good to go. It was a super lack of communication. they wouldn't even call us. When we first bought the car they said we could have it on Tuesday but would call on Monday to confirm that. never called. We called on Tuesday multiple times and they wouldn't answer or would tell us they don't know. Then we called yesterday and they still didn't know when we could take the car. It just seems shady. We finally just went in to pull the plug and now they wont refund the deposit. They voided the paperwork they said, but on the paperwork it did say "non-refundable" in the fine print.

i wonder if it needed something in service and they didn't wanna cop to it. if they didn't hold up their end of the bargain then i don't think they can keep your deposit

 

Only 2 options: mushroom stamp or posting gratuitous dick pics to their social media

 

In other news I'm prepping for the storm by cooking a pound of thick cut bacon for emergency consumption. And by emergency I mean breakfast cause I'm hangry

I've got a few meetings today, so I legit need to save battery so I can at least call into those.

Bone stock. It gets it's step bars tomorrow (mama is short) and vent visors. Already ordered new speakers as well.

I brew. IPAs, Scotch Ales (I think that one is our best recipe), doubles, trippels, quads. Yummmmmay

French Toast and then we use it to soak the bread before making meatballs... but milktoast does not sound to good
