    That was the same rule when I worked for the local electric company (in IT). Policy was that all vehicles would always be backed in or in pull-through spots facing forward, no exemptions. Didn’t matter if it was line rigs, bucket trucks, meter readers, or staff wagons. Culture of safety habit.

    While they ran other parts of their operation like blithering idiots, safety was top notch.

    Also got to get certified in Smith Driving Safety. Got a break on my insurance.

    Without seeing the plate, I can't pass judgment. I've got handicapped DV plates. Some days I'm fine and dandy, and others I feel like I'm wearing a borrowed spine and eggshell knees. He appears to still be inside the lines, so :notsure:?
