Weird you guys aren't getting much yet; we've got probably 2-3 inches on the ground up here already.

I would rather just eat toast and then drink a glass of milk. Maybe this is what all those old geezers that clog up Market Basket are making :rofl:

I have around 2" on the ground (1.5" if I'm standing up, ba dum tss). Wind is blowing it everywhere too.

The amount of snow here isn't bad, but it is windy.

That's supposed to be the biggest problem around here; we're not supposed to get a blockbuster amount of snow (14-16 inches seems to be the popular upper limit), but it's supposed to be windy as hell. Whiteout conditions and drifting. Makes plowing a bitch, lol. 6" in one spot, 36" in another.

Really windy down here... been blowing sideways since it started. Sometimes it kicks up enough to make those "swirls" of snow blowing around.

    Too much.
I'm not so sure about the rock guard, I'm not a fan. I already have the "all-weather mat package", I'll use them until they piss me off and get the -techs. Had them in my Tundra.

As for the "hide your wallet", yeah. I can't even begin to tell you (I deleted that spreadsheet AFTER I sold it) how much I spent on my Audi modding the shit out of it. I kept the Tundra pretty stock besides the cap, Line-X and sound system.
The Taco is keeping its head unit, but is getting speaker treatment now, and extra power later. I also already picked up a bunch of little things (AJT fob, mount for the phone, Hondo AR bolt carrier knobs, etc). I'm looking at rails for a ski rack now LMAO

We're probably at 2" or so. Only due for ~8 though since we're so far from the coast.

I like the AVS one I have on mine, but its a 2015 Tacoma so not sure how they look in the 2016s+. The Toyota one isn't that great since it clamps to the hood and actually damages the paint.
lol I told myself I wasn't going to mod this one.. didn't last to long. Audis are fun until you have to repair them I've found

I'm keeping the head unit in mine too, but I'm seriously looking at a system from *********.com (hide your wallet or give it over to your wife).

Oh, and welcome. Always a good time when another brewer joins the mix.

    Too much.
I'm skeptical about their amps. I thought I read somewhere that they are just repainted/branded amps by some low quality brand. I think I saw that on TundraTalk or TundraSolutions. I like their wiring solutions as well as their mounts/boxes etc, but I'm not so sure about their actual electronics. I guess they are fine because they get a good amount of great reviews.

I tend to do my research on DIYMA.com. I get a lot of information there, and sometimes the suggestions really make me question installers and package deals. I think I can make the sound in my truck (I'm not aiming for mega-SQ) for less than either OEM+ and *********, keep my head unit, and use the sub I had in my Tundra (JL10TW1). I liked the budget speaker upgrade thread, and have ordered the speakers recommended (except for the fronts, I ordered coaxial rather than triaxial speakers). During the summer or fall, I'll toss in an amp, and a speaker level/amp wire kit from @Mr Marv and be done for under $800, which is way less than what I spent in the Tundra......

I love brewing. It's a fun day when I'm dropping hops....

    ?

I know you're short, but there's no way it's over your head yet; you can't have gotten 4 feet of snow already.
