Today will be a good day. I'll get to use my snow blower and @Chux will have a new snow chain video out shortly.

    Hope so!

FYI if your snow blower doesn’t work. I got one last year, umongst being scattered brained I left fuel in the tank since last year. Noticed yesterday when I went to turn it over and get it running for today. Even with auto start it wouldn’t start. Long story short I was ready to break down the carb and with repeated advice from my dad to shoot starter spray in the exhaust I tried it and it fired up! I kept telling him that doesn’t make sense.. and he kept telling me to try it. After hours of research he called me up like you get it yet, said nah, he’s like you spray the muffler, I said nah, than I said fine I’ll give it a shot stay on the line I’ll doo it now. Couple shots starter spray in the exhaust and one touch of the starter button it fired up like a champ. I started laughing and he started busting my balls for not listening to him from the start. He said he knows it doesn’t make sense but he’s done it before so he knows it works.

Haha..it works. It was stored dry last year. I had to drive it from the shed to my garage last night Started on first pull. Totally thinking about going door to door later. $100 / pop.

You might as well do the ECGS bushing while you're in there, and if you want spindle gussets now's the Time.

Yup. Tried to find winter weight oil in three different shops. None. Sold out.

Did the kerosene/oil mix thing this morning. Looks like it would work. Thanks!!!!

No crappy used oil touches my new Dewalt chainsaw. Only the good stuff man...Geez.

For a second there, I thought you wrote he pulled lube from his balls and used it to slick up his mohawk.

ARB uses a bushing in their carrier. More than likely where ECGS got the idea to do the bushing in the stock carrier

I worked for a guy for one day as a trial when I was looking for a better tree gig. Shitty equipment, zero maintenance, and the last straw was using used motor oil for the chain lube.

Another reason I don’t worry about my front axle being live now. ECGS says that with the ARB up front getting rid of the needle bearings, I’m basically replicating the manual FJ Cruiser set up.
